According to the information received from Congress sources, the Election Committee meeting is going on in Delhi to put the final seal on the names of the second round of Congress candidates. Till late tonight, along with stamping the names of all the candidates, the candidates are also to be given symbols. Before the names are finalized, there is talk of Shatrughan Sinha's son Love Sinha's name being decided from Bankipur seat.

The claimants of Bankipur seat have started opposing it after floating the name of Luv Sinha. Social sites like Facebook are constantly opposing the party's policies. Let me tell you that former Congress candidate Manjit Anand Sahu and Prafull Yadav were trying for a long time for the ticket from Patna's famous Bankipur seat.

Four seating seats got symbol

Sources said that the central leadership of the party has given candidates for four sitting seats for the second phase elections. Dr. Ashok Kumar, MLA from Kusheshwar place, Amita Bhushan from Begusarai, Ajit Sharma from Bhagalpur as well as Madan Mohan Tiwari from Bettiah are giving information about the symbol. 

Apart from these, Kali Pandey, an old leader from Kuchayakot and an independent and contesting MP, has also filed nomination.

Kali Pandey made his nomination on Tuesday only after the confirmation of the symbol from the Congress. Today, Pandey also took membership of Congress in Delhi. 

Apart from these leaders, there is talk of getting the symbol from Lalganj to former Governor Nikhil Kumar's nephew Rakesh Kumar alias Pappu and Subhashini Raj Rao, daughter of old socialist leader Sharad Yadav for the third phase elections. Subhashini will be contesting from Bihariganj in Madhepura. He has joined Congress in Delhi today.

Tejashwi Yadav, who spoke English with Hindi, could not pursue his studies. He is still a ninth grade pass. Tejashwi has given this information in the election affidavit. In 2006, she completed her ninth degree from Delhi Public School, RKpuram, Delhi. Tejashwi, who was associated with cricket and business, had movable and immovable property worth Rs 2 crore 32 lakh 56 thousand 322 in 2015, while in 2020 his assets more than doubled.

In the affidavit he filed during his nomination from the Raghopur seat for the assembly elections on Wednesday, he has given the details of the property and said that he has movable and immovable property worth Rs 58 million 90 thousand 61.

17 thousand arrears of income tax:

Tejashwi has stated in the affidavit citing five years of income tax return that 39 lakh 80 thousand 490 in 2015-16, 34 lakh 70 thousand 220 in 16-17, 10 lakh 93 thousand 40 in 2017-18, in 2018-19 1 lakh 41 thousand 750 and 2 lakh 89 thousand 860 have been earned in 2019-20. One lakh 20 thousand rupees is cash. At the same time, they own movable assets of Rs 4 crore 73 lakh 20 thousand 61 and immovable property worth Rs 1 crore 15 lakh 70 thousand. Tejashwi owes Rs 17 thousand 578 of income tax.

Four crore ten million loan:

Tejashwi, a social worker by profession and a cricketer himself, has declared assets worth Rs 34 lakh 60 thousand 200. Tejashwi has 100 grams of gold jewelery worth Rs. 4 lakh 25 thousand, while the plant and machinery is worth Rs. 21 lakh 77 thousand 938. 

In the name of Tejashwi, Rs 15 lakh 18 thousand 209 is deposited in the State Bank's Patna Secretariat branch, Rs 2 lakh 22 thousand 103 in the State Bank's Rail Bhawan New Delhi branch and Rs 13 lakh 08 thousand 28 in PPF account. There is a fixed deposit of Rs 95 thousand 229 in the branch of State Bank's Bailey Road, Patna. 

Lara & Sons have Rs. 35 thousand 553 and 50 paise deposited in the State Bank Secretariat branch. Tejaswi holds shares worth Rs four lakh 88 thousand. At the same time, four crore ten lakh 50 thousand rupees have been mentioned in the name of the loan.

Tejashwi has a dozen different cases registered in Patna, Purnia, Hajipur and New Delhi. In 2020, one case each was registered at the Secretariat, Kotwali, Patna. At the same time, a case is registered in Purnia. In 2017, CBI lodged RC-220 in New Delhi, while in the same year another case was registered in New Delhi.
